Responsibilities:

  • Implementing new trading platform features and enhancing current services are responsibilities.

  • Technical analysis, a review of the code, an assessment of the time frame, teamwork planning, and feedback management.

  • Managing the effectiveness, dependability, and quality of developments.

  • Coordinating integration, support, and business and technical requirements with the product teams, trading teams, and DevOPS team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Rust system engineering development experience is required, and this experience must be substantial.

  • Having experience developing Rust-based high-load systems with a multithreaded architecture.

  • 2+ years' experience in the creation of algo trading systems.

  • A track record of managing development teams, a propensity for adding value to the company.

  • A thorough understanding of computer architecture, including Linux, networks, data structures and algorithms, asynchronous programming, parallel programming, distributed computing, performance optimization, and communication protocols.

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilitie.

  • Education in engineering or relevant professional experience.
